I went to Melbourne with my girlfriend for a holiday and we stumbled upon the Urban Woof store by complete chance. The owners were so friendly and great fun to talk to. And the customer service was exceptional. Since we were on a trip, our paw pal wasn't with us. But they helped us pick out the right size of the Teddy cardigan that we ended up purchasing for our dog. The quality of their products is just great which is an added bonus! Also their dog car seat was just the coolest thing ever, but we held off on buying it because we didn't have much space left in our suitcases. So we ordered it when we got back to Sydney and the whole process was a breeze. I would definitely purchase from them again :)
We’ve had the Urbanwoof Paddington Raincoat for 2 winters now and it keeps our huskies dry over the winter for hikes! The quality is amazing!
